I’ve not told this before. Some one is looking after me I have been in 4 earthquakes and have hardly lost anything thats including the 1968 Innagahua quake I was 6 miles as the crow flys from the centre.

On Feb 21st I had been to Cashel Mall to make an appointment to have my eyes tested in the Guthrey centre they asked me what time suited me….4pm? I was going to say no because my gold card, run out at three but I decided shut up take four. I was going to ask around midday 1 oclock but I left it. When the 22nd came I was sitting around in my chair wondering if I would go in early and just sit around the mall and time got on and about 12 I looked at the time and thought oh will I wont I will I wont I and I was just too lazy to get out of my chair and get cracking to catch the 12.34 bus from Ferrymead I live in Woolston that was the bus that the wall fell on and I was still in my chair when it hit at 12.51 I always say my procrastinating saved my life if I had been in either the bus or cashel mall I wouldnt be here to tell the story.
